Boo for me having a lovely wireless keyboard which mean that I couldn't press enter when the computer got confused coming out of hibernation because it only had 768Mb of RAM instead of the 1Gb it was expecting. Boo for having to go down to the shops and spend £6.97 just so that I could press the enter key!

And now the computer has found the other 256Mb again. Bah and yay. At least I now have a wired keyboard again for when these things arise.

This afternoon radio 2 were doing one of their normal text in thingies, today about what people spend money on that they shouldn't. As well as that, they asked people to text in about the stuff they wish they could have that money couldn't buy. Here's what I texted in with

I've got no money at all right now, but that doesn't matter. The one thing that would make my life immeasurably better would be to have my girlfriend Becca in my arms, rather than her being in Alderney. Neil, in Leicester

I was really hoping that they'd use it as one of the ones that they used so that I could take a capture of it and play it to Becca. But no, they didn't, did they?

Still, the thought was there.
